Return Policy:

Returns are welcome if you really are not satisfied with your product.  Payment for the return will be processed as soon as possible via-business check.  *(Product must be recieved in the same condition it was when shipped - unless damaged during shipment).  I always send insured shipments to protect my customers and my business.

Product will be shipped by USPS or UPS depending on size of order.  Product will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared if paying by check.  If paying with PayPal, products can be shipped as early as 2 - 3 business days after order is recieved, unless it is a custom order or a product being reproduced, then it could take up to 1 - 3 weeks to process, depending on the size of the order!

E-mail order confirmation and E-mail shipping confirmation will be sent to insure you the customer that I have recieved all the info needed to process your order.
